Not at the moment — a booking type carries one fixed duration and one price, so there's no way to let the booker choose a length and have the price change with it. It's a fair suggestion though, and https://tidycal.com/feedback is the right place to log it so our product team sees it and other users can vote it up.

The practical workaround is one booking type per duration, each priced separately — for example "Consultation - 30 minutes" at one price and "Consultation - 60 minutes" at another. They all appear on your public booking page with the duration and price shown on each card, and you can order them however you like, so your visitor picks the length in the same step as picking the service. It isn't the tiered picker you described, but from the booker's side the choice comes out the same.
