I’m sharing my disappointment with Triplo’s service. For several days now, I’ve been experiencing a technical issue: I no longer have access to the chat feature, which severely limits the platform’s usability.

At the moment, I only have access to the Settings window, with no ability to interact through the usual chat interface. I’ve contacted the support team multiple times, but I have not received any response or acknowledgment so far.

This lack of follow-up and communication is quite disappointing, especially for a service that presents itself as professional. I hope this issue will be resolved quickly and that users can count on more reliable support in the future.

great user experience made me want to upgrade from tier 2 to tier 3, but I missed the upgrade period time.

I recently purchased Triplo.ai and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! It's incredibly easy to use, yet surprisingly powerful. The ability to access an AI assistant from anywhere on my computer is a game-changer.

The prompt assistant and smartprompts are fantastic features that significantly boost productivity. The Mind (knowledge base) feature for providing context is also brilliant. The fact that you can incorporate your own models and it also has automations makes it a very complete tool.

Triplo.ai is highly recommended for both teams and individual users looking for something different but effective.

I just purchased the Tier 3 plan and my appreciation of the AI Training and Local Models is quickly growing. As someone else mentioned in a review, the ability to create custom Knowledgebases ("Minds") that can teach the AI to regularly and reliably write in my "brand voice" for emails, social media posts, website content, digital advertising, meeting summaries, reports, and so many other tasks, without me having to start from scratch with the coaching and teaching every time I have a request, will be a huge time and frustration saver.

I'm looking forward to learning more about how to leverage the power of multi-step automations through the combination of Triplo with Pabbly and/or other similar tools.

I'm really grateful that there appears to be plenty of tokens per month for trial and error/learning, and I've been very happy with the timely and helpful support I've received from the Triplo support team through the onboarding process thus far. Excited to continue to explore how this app can make me more productive and reduce the time spent on tedious/less-value-added tasks with my job so that I can add more value and focus my time on things that are more interesting and more rewarding.

The value proposition of this lifetime deal feels HUGE.
