The desktop experience is fast and easy, with customizable and built-in prompts and keyboard shortcuts that boost productivity and streamline AI workflowsin everyday use. It feels like a highly productive way to use AI from the desktop. The Android mobile app, however, is less intuitive, and activating it on a second device can be tricky without the developer’s assistance. One thing I find less satisfactory is that you only get 2 million tokens per device. For example, if you have a Tier 2 plan with 6 million tokens (for 3 devices), you can’t use or transfer the remaining 4 million tokens on the same device. Hopefully, the developer will enable token usage across multiple devices in the future.

I got this deal days after it first launched. At that time any AI deal that gave access to more than 1 model was generally disappointing and there was always a catch if they offered a crazy amount of tokens(like a one time cache), but triplo gave what they promised and have been refreshing my tokens every month without fail. It was one of the first products that I purchased tier 1 and didn't have to upgrade for it to be useful. In fact they have added a few things that made the product better at every tier. They are constantly improving the quality of models available. If there is room for improvement it would be in the instructional section, but whenever I have asked a question Felipe has responded. Even if it was simple user error on my part. I literally asked a question just over a week ago and(it was a simple oversight on my part) Felipe not only quickly responded. He politely showed me the answer to my question. 5 tacos. All day long. If I can manage my savings, I will definitely hit pro tier before it's gone.

I've used another AI assistant (Voila, bought here on Appsumo) for several years and it's been invaluable. I was looking to increase my efficiency though, and give myself additional perspectives with some more software which ideally would both work in app, and give me acess to (and credits with) other LLMs.
My other AI assistant gives access to ChaptGPT only, whereas Triplo has multiple options to choose from.

It's also great for in-app work so I don't have to open another window when I'm working in MS word, Scrivener or whatever. I use it on my desktop when editing, to improve my writing via custom instructions about my author voice and style.

I bought the level 2 tier which lets me use it on 3 devices. The customizable chat aspect for example on my Android mobile is invaluable too.

Triplo has great instructional videos as well, and it's there where I got the guidence for long form document (ie 'book') editing.

On the customer service front, Felipe's personal help is second to none. One of my very best buys on Appsumo.
