Very sad to notice that there is no support for iPhone anymore. I bought tier 3 to have multiple device support. The TriploAI app for IOS shows following message “The Developer removed the build you were testing. Turn on notifications and we’ll notify when a new build is added.” Sounds like a sinking ship for me.

I’ve found that Triplo AI really improves my productivity by providing seamless AI assistance for quick tasks. The prompt assistant, smart prompts, and the Mind feature help me keep context, which makes a big difference in staying organised. I also appreciate being able to integrate my personal models and automate tasks, creating a comprehensive solution tailored to my needs.

The desktop app is fast and intuitive, and I love that I can customise keyboard shortcuts and use built-in prompts to speed up my workflow. On the one occasion I have needed help, customer support has been responsive and personalised. The instructional videos are really important for getting the best out of the tool.

Overall, Triplo AI has significantly boosted my workflow efficiency with its easy-to-use features, strong customisation options, and excellent support. It’s definitely become one of my favorite productivity tools.

See title. I want to love the product, but compared to Alter this product is a MASSIVE let down. Every time I use Alter I think of all the value Triplo could have been, but the Triplo team does not have the same ambition as Alter's team.

A few things:
1) No updates since April 2026 according to the Company's own changelogs. Meanwhile the Alter team is pushing weekly updates
2) Models have not been updated in a long long time. At this point, my laptop runs better models than what is on Triplo
3) Features have started to go stale, and the product is moving towards abandonware/shelfware very fast

Anyone looking for software that is constantly in the way is in the right place here. It may be that this weird thing is useful for someone. For me, it was simply annoying, constantly in the way, and a single configuration suffering.

It's a great product when you type in the prompts.
But when I try to paste text into Triplo, it instead attaches an image it can't read. In fact, when it pastes as an image it responds to my command, "The image is completely black, providing no visual information to analyze or describe."

There are no visible objects, text, or details to interpret, making it impossible to provide a systematic description. The main characteristic of the image is its total lack of content. For the most part, it doesn't let me paste in text as text. So I can't use it most of the time.

Even when I pasted through the menu instead of shortcuts - "edit - paste and match style" Triplo renders an attached image rather than text.
I would have rated it 5 stars indeed [well, maybe 4 because it's still in GPT 4]. But since the product is great otherwise, I'll leave a few stars. I hope the developer fixes this thing. I've been back to Merlin, his competitor.
And I am sure others have gone their own ways....silently.
