A: Hi,
No, Viloud doesn’t retain ownership of your uploaded content. The content remains the property of the user.
Also, Viloud doesn't use the content for AI training.
Regarding the date shown in the Privacy Policy, the reason it has not been updated is that there has not been a change in this area that required an update to the policy text. That said, we will review it in case any changes...
Q: STORAGE/STREAMING LIMITS A BIG RED FLAG xTIER 10
I am trying to understand the practical implications and limitations of the 100K streaming minutes a month/3000 storage minutes a month shared across the entire 50 custom domains.
I have also read another reviewers comment about how such low limits even on the top plan presses you into costly and steep monthly subscription fees once you exceed these modest limit. The low streaming & storage...
Hi, I'm a user. Yes, you can use your own videos hosted elsewhere. You can use Gumlet, Teyuto, Bunny, Vimeo, or even your own streaming server if you can generate a compatible video link to use in Viloud.
It is unfortunate this long-sighted issue from the earliest adaptors has never been seriously reconsidered or more generous storage/streaming limits offered on the higher tiers.
Q: It would help to understand how to leverage the last tier use case.
Trying to understand how we leverage this? The restrictions aren't balancing.
Last Tier: 50 Websites with custom domain (CNAME) - So we can resell this? Does it have a separate use login for this or shared? Unlimited Channels - As long as it's max 50 sites? 3,000 Storage minutes - This is across ALL the sites and channels? How would this be leveraged, seems very small. 100,000 Streaming minutes...

A: Hi,
My answers:
The limits included in the last tier are shared across the account. So the storage minutes and streaming minutes are combined across all channels and websites in that account.
The 50 websites with custom domain means you can create up to 50 branded website connected to your channels. They are all managed from the same Viloud account, not with separate logins by...
Hello, I would like to ask if if you can develop a send way to organize videos besides Tags? It would be incredibly useful to be able to organize the videos in Folders as well, not only by tags. This would especially be very functional for scheduled channels. Having only tags can lead to a lot more errors, and it is more difficult to find the videos we need to schedule. Folders could easily segment all of the videos per categories and we could then also use tags to sub-categorize. Please consider it, thank you!

A: Hi,
Understood the point, thanks for the suggestion. For now, video organization in Viloud is only available through tags but we’ll keep it in mind for future improvements.
