Despite purchasing a Tier 4 plan, Vista Social has now removed support for X profiles. They initially started charging me $10/mo for each X profile, which I reluctantly obliged because I was happy with the platform.
Now, with no notice, they've tripled that to $29/mo/profile, citing "X Enterprise costs."
How is it my fault that their platform scaled enough to be impacted by X API costs? Why...
Q: Request for clarification regarding contractual obligations for X access under AppSumo deal terms
Good morning. I have 2 Vista Social AppSumo accounts: 1 Tier 3 and 1 Tier 4. Your AppSumo listing promised “All current and future social networks” and “All future Custom AppSumo Plan updates.”
Based on that wording, buyers reasonably understood that X would be included. Charging existing AppSumo customers extra for X appears inconsistent with the deal as advertised.
Q: Tier 3 has been downgraded to 100 posts (as Tier 2), but can you not increase it to something mid-3 digit looking?
For Tier 3 users if you have to downgrade us then could you please make it at least 300 posts per month... as that follows the same logic as 100 for tier 2, Because the Tier two verses unlimited posts in Tier 3 was a big shocking difference... right? Downgrade us to 300 please, not down to some much nearer to a two-digit number practically (99s, lol). Also, when will you introduce LINE app to your ecosystem? Thats vital around the world. TY

I have the Tier 3 LTD which allows 40-social accounts and I'm only using 14. When I try and add X AND some of the others, I am getting this notice...

A: X (Twitter) stopped offering Free API access to all tools almost 2 years ago. Vista Social is having to transition into X's Enterprise services offering. This does mean that X is now a paid on for all users (not just Appsumo users). Appsumo plan mirror our standard plans - both when it comes to new features and improvements as well as it comes to plan updates.
Q: Which official plan AppSumo Tier 3 matches?
Your website currently has Advanced, Professional, Scale and Enterprise?
You also introduced DM Automations. Do we get the Advanced DM Automation feature (tier 3)? If yes, what are the limits??
I think it is appropriate that you indicate for us on our plan page not just "Appsumo tier 3" but all the features that we have with their limits.
