Can this be embed on any website? Can i use it on a third party platform? If i use 3rd party selling platform and has another bot for fb already, do i need Zipchat?

I’m sorry to post this here but I don’t know what else to do. I purchased a license here and am really impressed with the functionality. I have a support question and while your AI is really good it needs to resolved via a human. I have sent numerous messages via the chatbot and also an email to support but still no joy.
What do I do?? I can’t go live until this issue is resolved.

When a user first chat it is auto labeled as potential, then when he purchase (or when he books an appointment for a service or sends his phone number for appointment ) the label is auto changed to converted or something like that and also the support team can add that manually

- Site 1 = AI Agent 1, where you can prompt all the scenarios/things you want it to do - Site 2 = AI Agent 2, where you can prompt all the scenarios/things you want it to do
Only scenario where it could make sense have 2 different deployment on the same site can be for example: - 1 for front-end (marketing site, funnel for example),...

Not sure what is a Facebook bot specifically. Just try it out and test answers, Zipchat knows everything about your product/s, Facebook doesn't.
