Hi! Zipchat looks awesome. I want to clarify on two things.
1) Replies Per Month 2) Pages Chat Can Learn 3) Number of websites.
Do these limits apply to every website we deploy or all of them? And, about no.3, do websites mean different businesses? Like, I can deploy different chats with different AI to different business?

All limits are shared across your entire account — not per website. So if you're on the Tier 4 with 2600 replies/month and 10 websites, those 2,600 replies are split across all 10 websites combined. Same goes for the pages limit.

It's counted per individual AI reply, not per conversation or visitor.
So if one visitor has a back-and-forth with the AI and gets 10 responses, that's 10 replies used from your monthly quota.
Quick math: On average, about 5% of website visitors interact with the chat, and each conversation is roughly 3 replies. So if your site gets 10,000 visitors/month → ~500 chat with the AI → ~1,500 replies
Can customers upload images in the chat? The demo on your website has an image upload button, but your AI agent says image upload is not available on any plan... 🤔

A: Hi, yes Zipchat is suitable for any kind of product! What do you mean by where "they are in the funnel?" We don't have an integration with Thrivecart unfortunately.
Yes you can use it for consulting and have the agent recommend products based on specific question you train the agent to ask. You can do full quizzes and tests by using the additional instructions provided in the platform.

Yes! considering that Zipchat always knows from which page the customer is writing from. So, if the customer is on a specific page that usually is reached after some initial validation, you can train Zipchat to reply in a different way.
Just saw a new feature announced today: “Unused usage charges now roll over — purchased additional message packs carry forward to the next billing month.” - does it apply to AppSumo recurring unused credits also?

A: Hey! Good catch, but this doesn't apply to AppSumo users. That feature is for our regular (non-AppSumo) users who purchase one-time reply top-ups at $49 per 250 replies. If they have unused replies at the end of their cycle, those carry forward.
For AppSumo users, your monthly reply allowance doesn't roll over, and neither do the monthly replies in the standard monthly plans.

Q: Could you make your Zipchat branding at the bottom of a chat an affiliate link?
