Even though I sound sometimes frustrated with the lack of knowledge and documentation, your support is stellar and I'm glad I bought this. You do answer all questions in detail. So really appreciate that.
Does the software have the ability for users to enter credentials securely? I need a place for them to enter their WordPress Admin credentials so I can access thier site. Maybe also they can enter their hosting credentials as well.
Is this possible via forms for onboarding?

Our order forms can act as intake form as well as request intake forms. But there is no password input field so won't recommend for this use case.
What you can do is create a form through some other app that is built for this and then you can you embed that form in onboarding by creating a onboarding wizard through custom html as our existing onboarding templates do not support taking...

We don't support bundles or offers at the moment but offers feature is already on the roadmap. Bundle looks like a nice feature too. Will add it to the roadmap too. Will roll it out in AgencyPro :)
Q: Is anything hidden behind tier 4 or 5 we need to know about or just team and workspaces?
