Q: Bug creates two invoices instead of one

Hello, as I asked in my support ticket from two weeks ago (disable invoice sending [#205]), can you please help me disable the automatic invoice sending for subscriptions? A client complained that they received two invoices for the same service....

A: Hey Catalin,

The issue you reported two weeks ago was taken care of. In case of online payments, we now send just receipt and not the invoice to avoid confusion.

About other issue that you reported 3 days ago, our team just got back to you on that.

Q: When will this deal be available again please!

I saw people on feb 2 reviewing it which means this tools was available few days ago is there anyway to get it back on appsumo? The pricing is really high on the product page as a solo designer i really can't afford it with that price. Thank you

Q: Can't find Stripe and PayPal?

Hello,
I can't find the Stripe and PayPal integrations. Only see Live Chat, Slack, and Zapier in the Settings > Integrations tab.
What am I doing wrong?

Q: chat on homepage down - is agencypro down?

is there a url to check if agencypro client portal is down? This site can’t be reached
my.agencypro.app took too long to respond.

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall

Q: Can you pls fixed CNAME on your end?

Hi, I bought tier 3 and got everything set up, including my Domain CNAME and Email SMTP. The SMTP works great, but the CNAME isn't working correctly my DNS is on Cloudflare. I've tried both Proxied and DNS-only settings, but the public links I created for services are still not working. Thanks.
