I placed a request for a demo walkthrough the very first day you hit the Appsumo platform. I followed up with an additional request. I have not heard back from your team as to when this would be available. I am looking to determine if your platform is a good fit for your team and upcoming clients.
Q: Tier 3 didn't come with Credit System and AI Credits
I grabbed T3, wanting to enable the credit module, but it doesn't seem to be an option? I can't figure out how customers can purchase credits and then purchase services with credits rather than cash. (I'm assuming that module needs to be turned on, but it's nowhere to be seen)
Also AI tokens weren't given with t3. And for AI agents etc, there seems to be no documentation around it? Keen to see...

All three are quick fixes :)
Credit system: It's not a module you turn on, it's a pricing type. When creating a service, on the Pricing step choose "Credit based" and set how many credits it includes. Clients purchase it, get the credits, and spend them on requests instead of paying cash. You can also add top-ups under Services > Top-up options so clients can refill credits...

1. Yes — and I understand why that matters before you commit to a bigger plan. We've fixed the responsiveness bottleneck and now regularly audit our support to keep the quality high. Live 1:1 demos still depend on team availability so I can't promise those, but we're putting recorded demos together (overdue, I know)....
