A: I appreciate you sharing your concerns, but I have to respectfully push back — most of what you've stated isn't accurate.
1. "Agiled was never fully developed / meaningless updates" Agiled has been continuously developed for 5+ years. We shipped hundreds of updates based on direct user feedback. Calling them meaningless simply isn't true.

1. I haven’t seen any update/change that would actually improve user experience. Every module looks unfinished, basic and clunky. 2. I did subscribe, but never got any email or announcement. I reached out to support, twice, and haven’t gotten a response so far. Good thing you’re responding here at least. 3. Based on the screenshots, Agiled.AI is the Agiled.App with slightly better GUI.
Regarding the mobile apps in testing: Will they be fully white-labeled so we can use our own agency name and logo, or will clients download a universal AgencyPro app? And how it can be usable for us?

Native mobile apps that are almost ready to be submitted to stores can't be white-labeled, but down the road, we will make AgencyPro a progressive web app. With that, you will be able to provide clients with a white-labeled mobile app.

Tier 1 isn't a stripped demo, it's a complete plan for solo operators. It includes unlimited clients, the full client portal, portal branding, a custom domain, invoicing, and the messaging module. For a freelancer or one-person shop running their whole client operation, that's everything they need in one place.
Is there a publicly available roadmap and features suggestion hub? AgencyPro is looking like a strong candidate, but I'm trying to decide between it and another AppSumo offering — Heffl. Both look like very comprehensive platforms with Heffl looking just a bit more mature. What I like about AgencyPro are the Portfolio and Catalog modules.
