Q: Is it possible to add delay nodes inside a Chat Flow?
Everything works great so far, but I'm unable to introduce a short delay between a webhook and message. Any idea? It would be nice to have a delay module.

1. For the Unlimited Agency plan with 3 codes where each client I sell the Pro+ plan who provides support? The reason I ask is I would not know how to provide any technical support for any issues that clients may have so I wanted to check with you on this. 2. How do I sell them a Pro+ plan? Do I generate a code within my AnyChat Agency plan and send that to them to sign up with AnyChat and they enter the code to activate their plan?
A: Hello. 1 - the basic support is on you. However, you also can contact us for support. 2 - you can integrate Stripe. So your customers will pay you directly.

A client of mine said his malware scanner saw some malware on my site coming from AnyChat. Can you explain this? 20 of these messages:

Can you help me to understand, please:
After registering and applying the license my usage limits show:
"Chat conversations / month" = unlimited.
"Bot-driven conversations / month" = 2.500.
What is one or the other? The difference is not described in the AppSumo offer text, or the official documentation on your site.
