I haven't activated the LTD yet and would like to change to a higher tier. Should I request on the original LTD and purchase the new tier, or can I upgrade to a higher tier after activating the original one?

Can i organize my customers into different group? 6. For the chat flow, can i assigned different type of chat flow to my different channel?

Q: Chat conversations vs. Bot conversations?
Can you help me to understand, please:
After registering and applying the license my usage limits show:
"Chat conversations / month" = unlimited.
"Bot-driven conversations / month" = 2.500.
What is one or the other? The difference is not described in the AppSumo offer text, or the official documentation on your site.
