1. When API / Webhook will be available ? Does it includes sending message to customers?
2. Is there any way to provide order related support e.g. Order status to customers ? (We use woocommerce)
3. WhatsApp can be used as full fledge sales bot? Suggesting products and sending product links ?
4. As indian payment gateways are not available, can i manage agency feature on manual payment method? OR just provide link to buy plans on my website?

Whenever my phone display turns off or the device goes into sleep mode, the chat widget immediately shows an 'offline' status. Is this due to a configuration issue on my end, or is it a limitation in how the widget handles background activity?
