A: The bot response is already delayed by default by a couple of seconds. But usually the best practice is to share with the customer that he's talking with a bot, and to ask for a human or live agent if he needs further help.

My question is: does the knowledge base also serve as an assistant to the live chat (WhatsApp) or only for the AI agents for automated replies?
