Q: Can I train on my own website docs

My knowledge base is built into my site: https://cloudmonitor.ai/docs/ - I don't want to use a different kb.

I then want to add a helpdesk ticketing system on top of that where the agent can index my support desk content and help users find the answers they need, or it can handoff to ticketing system. Can this do that? There seems to be about 8 different AI Chatbots on AppSumo and I am trying...

A: Hello Rodney, So yes, you will import all the docs to our knowledge base using our REST api https://charla.com/support/?article=23477-rest-api, the AI bot will then be able to train on it and answer questions.

Another approach is to add the individual links of your existing docs to the Training Webpages under Charla AI chatbot section.

Q: Audio in automated flow

1) Can I send an audio to WhatsApp as an automated flow.
2) Can I connect personal whatsapp?

A: Hello,
(1) You can send it currently as an attachment. We're working on adding a simpler way to share audio on both mobile and web.
(2) Meta WhatsApi requires business accounts, but converting your account takes a couple of minutes.

Q: Woocommerce plugin and iOS notification

Hello,

I have an e-shop built on woocommerce. What functions does the Charla Woocommerce plugin have? Is it possible to see the customer's last orders, contact etc.? Does the iOS app support notifications when a customer starts a new chat? I mean sound notifications and banner on the iPhone.

A: Hello, You can currently see the customer email,name and shopping cart.

Sure, you will recieve a notification on both iOS and Android.

Q: api issue

Hi! I'm trying to use the REST API to create knowledge base articles but every POST to https://api.charla.com/v1/kb/articles returns 502 Bad Gateway from nginx. My API key works (I can authenticate), and I'm sending the correct JSON payload as per your docs. Can you check if there's an issue with the /kb/articles endpoint? Hi — I want my Charla AI chatbot to fetch live availability from Trafft or Cal.com (via their API) and tell the customer the next available slots in chat. Is this possible with your AI Actions / Integrations feature? If yes, can you point me to setup docs?
