it says Advanced API is only available to those on the Success plan. I have T5 ( paid $330 U.S with plus) and it seems to include Full API. How are these difference, full api vs advanced api? there were no definition on the page? What are the details of full API T5 included that is not a part of the sucess plan or advanced api. at T5, is there a way to connect to my own crm swipeone in someway...

A: Hi thanks for reaching out. The advanced api is the exact same thing as the full api - it may just be referenced in a couple of different ways, but it relates to the same thing (essentially it gives you access to the HeySummit API). If you have 5 AppSumo codes, or if you upgraded to the Success plan, then you will have access to the API.
With regards to Zapier alternatives, i'm afraid we don't...
Hi Ben, I bought 2 additional codes for this round in Appsumo. I was intending to upgrade to the Success Plan but I didn't get any email about it. When I checked out the Heysummit platform is when i realized that there is a widget on top that says that the promo is over. Would you please allow me to upgrade to Success Plan at the Appsumo rates please? Thanks!

A: Hi Abigail - yes absolutely! In fact we're due to send an email to all AppSumo customers either today or tomorrow with details of the Success upgrade, and also an exclusive one-time payment add-on :)
I saw n my dashboard, that private Events have an x on the T3 Appsumo Plan. Does that mean, that everyone can see and join my events?
My goal is to create evergreen webinars as leadmagnets. It would be bad if everyone can find them and join at any time.

A: Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
By default, events created on HeySummit are potentially discoverable by search engines like Google. Obviously, in most cases, it can take a while for them to index them anyway, but in some cases you don't even want them to be searchable on search engines, and that's where the private event feature comes in. We'll basically block crawlers from accessing the...
Hello Ben, thank you for the quick answer. If it is ust for the crawlers, that is fine. I was afraid it meant, that they didn't have to sign up for it and could just join. Thanks for clarifying :D
Ha, no, don't worry about that. Every event requires registration unless you explicitly specify that it's public. Then no registration is required at all, but that's quite an edge case and not relevant for most people.
On the Max tier, it listed .50% in transaction fee. Is this 50% of whatever we charge our customers?
For non-profit events, which we don't charge our users, do we still need to pay the transaction fee?
Does event support video speakers, or only audio?

A: Hi, thanks for reaching out. Essentially the transaction fees are only relevant if you are selling tickets for your event. If you are not, then by definition there wont be any transaction fees to pay because there will have been no transactions :)
In terms of your video vs audio question - HeySummit actually supports primarily video based sessions. You can run audio only sessions but you'd...
I also forgot to ask. I saw one of your latest review has user complained about the monthly upgrade fees. What are the monthly upgrade plan and cost he was referring to?
Hey - no problem at all. Essentially we've seen quite a lot of interest from AppSumo customers to get access to all features and benefits of our top plan (the Success plan). Due to this, we have come up with a massively reduced monthly cost for those that want to upgrade (down from $99 a month to just $14). This offer is exclusive to AppSumo customers but it is of course, completely optional :)

A: Hi thanks for reaching out. We don't support those at this moment in time, though we do roll out custom security / login implementations like that for our enterprise customers.
