We're keeping the AppSumo lifetime deal as it is, so HeyStream, Sponsor Booths and Email Sequences won't be added to it. The current route for AppSumo customers who want all three is our time-limited $14/month upgrade to the top Success plan, which includes them.
I have 7 codes stacked I should have .25% transaction fees and 75k attendees with 40 events etc... but my platform only shows the level 4 limits. Help - Terrance

Will the upcoming native AI Event Assistant, including the ability to create and update events conversationally, be included in the AppSumo Growth lifetime deal without an additional subscription or usage fee?
Yes. The native AI Event Assistant, including conversational event creation and updates, will be included from Growth upwards. The AppSumo lifetime plan is pegged to Growth, so there will be no separate subscription or usage fee for it.
It is still in development and is not available to customers yet.
Level 1 includes 1,500 attendees across all of your active events combined, not 1,500 per event and not 1,500 for the lifetime of the account. Attendees only count while an event is active and open for new registrations, so closing registrations or archiving an event releases that capacity.
And yes, HeySummit has a native GoHighLevel integration. You can connect your GoHighLevel account and...
Yes, that's right. For this limit, “attendees” means completed event registrations, not the number who actually watch or attend. If you have 1,500 completed registrations across your active, open events and 200 people attend, the capacity used is still 1,500.
Hi Ben Is there a one-click setup or a template that provides a complete event setup with all the features included in Success Plan? My goal is to install it and then simply customize it by adding my own content, branding, and settings as needed.
This would save me a significant amount of time by eliminating the need to configure each feature individually, connect everything manually, and reduce the risk of setup errors before the event goes live.

The closest option today is Clone Event. New events are created through a short guided setup with core defaults in place, and once you've configured one event the way you want, you can clone it and use that copy as your reusable starting point.
The clone carries over pages, speakers, talks, tickets, email templates and other event configuration, while leaving out attendee and purchase...

The good news is that a new HeySummit event already comes with a working setup and sensible defaults, ready for you to tailor. There isn't a separate starter event for me to push to your account. Instead, you can tweak that event to suit your business and use case, then keep it as your master and clone it for future events.
