I mean, the white listing doesn't work. It's a link. But the main link can be seen by anyone who goes and inspects the source code of that page. Once they have that, the link is visible and accessible to everyone; even the content is visible. So, I don't understand how this white listing is working.

A: Edit: I would like to point out that domain whitelisting should not be used to secure data (it only prevents your chart from being embedded in other websites. Webscrapers and API's can still view whitelisted content with spoofed headers). If you need data secured, the chart needs to be behind a password. We currently offer sharing with specific users to meet this need. We are working on...
Yes, this whitelisting is only valuable if our data is saved from viewers, obviously. Right now, in the shareable code, you just need to copy that URL and paste it in the address bar, and your data is available for everyone. So, this whitelisting isn't technically whitelisting anymore. Please work on this, and then we'll go for the highest tier and work with it. Thank you.
We have made changes - If you turn off "Allow top loading", it will now prevent full page shares from loading too. Please check it out and let me know if it works for you at [email protected].
Charts in mobile view are often a difficult fit without loosing the intended overview for readers. Do you have examples of website embeds on mobiles?
Is there a public roadmap?

A: Hello! Thanks for taking the time to check out InstaCharts and ask some questions!
You're right, charts on mobile are tough; there is plenty of room for charts to be tall but not so much wide. We've chosen to not alter charts the user has made by turning them into tall rectangles on mobile - instead your chart will grow or shrink to fit the available space. Sometimes this makes the chart text...
Q: This is a great tool, but I'd like charts in our brand colors and fonts. Is it possible to customize them?

A: Edit: We now support custom google fonts!
Hello, Thanks for the question! Yes, colors can be customized on a per chart basis for now, using the Size & Style panel: https://instacharts.io/docs/charts/size-and-options/ Unfortunately it is not possible to change any fonts.
We'll have our team look into changing fonts on embedded charts. Thank you for your interest! Bart
Q: Once we embed the charts on our website, will readers have the option to apply filters and explore the data?

A: Hello! Thanks for reaching out and asking a question. I've broken out the answer into two parts:
1. Will readers be apply to apply filters to an embedded chart? If the reader opens the embed into a full view window, they will see the share screen. If "Show Editor Controls" is on for the share, the users will be able to fully "edit" the chart, including setting filters....
Is this possible, if I stack two licenses or more?

A: Hello, Thanks for your interest in InstaCharts. No, currently 100k rows is a hard limit no matter your InstaCharts plan - it is not possible to load a dataset with more than 100k rows.
Thank you for reaching out! Let me know how else I can help. Bart
