I have bought your Tier 4 package. I have 2 questions. 1. I have created role and assigned permission for a user. I follow your step by step guide on Youtube. But when I sign in with the user account, I only see 2 modules, Dashboard and Settings. The other module is not displaying in the dashboard. Why is that? 2. Another thing is the announcement bar is appearing in user account? Why is that? This defeats the purpose of whitelabel.
Q: Is tier 4 connected to everything included that you bring out in the next 24 months?
Is the following included too for all sumolings or just the T4... using your api and a automation software that you are coming with in app ai solutions, right?.as well as your white label billing system and also you will complete the rest of the stuff that you have on the roadmap for this this year (and next)... AND What is the T4 PLAN name tied to (Pro? or ???) so that we can know we are included in all future updates to that plan name... TY
The Tier 4 plan â also known as Commander Fleet â gives you unlimited access to everything thatâs included right now. But just a heads-up: it doesnât include future paid addons.
Good news though â all free addons are part of the deal! Just note that the White Label Billing System is a paid addon, so itâs not included in Tier 4.

Q: Can individual users manage different customers?
Hi, I just watched your tutorial video â hoping you can tell me if Lancepilot can help with my use case. I donât need it for cold outreach, but want human agents to be able to manage about 10 customers each using WhatsApp, with me being able to oversee all the conversations. So I was thinking one agent could = one workspace and have 10 contacts in that workspace. Ideally agents are just using their phone to converse with customers, almost like theyâre just using their own WhatsApp account to interact with customers. Let me know if you think I can achieve this with Lancepilot.

Hereâs one important thing to keep in mind: when you connect a number to Lancepilot, Meta requires business verification for security. That means youâll need to submit your company info and documents. The good news is â under one business, you can connect multiple numbers. So assigning separate numbers to different agents is totally doable and super effective.
In fact, we use Lancepilot ourselves for customer support â and it works like a charm!
