Hi so buying License Tier 1 give us 10000 messages with no additional cost or how it works? i saw your video and it says we have to pay meta each time message sent. or upto 10000 messages no charge then meta chages?
Also want to get clarity on this, suppose i send 5 messages in 24 hours window. so i will be charged 5 times or one time?
as we add many more than 1users, can we also chat to those inbox messages or only we can send marketing mesages but not two way chat? Please let me know soon. Thanks

No tier comes with message credits. The 10K message limit is a system usage limit. You will still need to pay for the meta conversation charge. We have channel wallet system for each workspace.

Secondly, For example, if i initiate a template message to you, meta will charge me for that template message an creates a 24 hours conversation window. As of now, within this 24 hours conversation window, if i send more messages ( marketing ) to you then meta wont charge me.
Also, incoming are free. So if you initiate a conversation with me then i can reply for free.
Lastly, Yes you can use the inbox and can continue conversation. You can even use it for customer support as well. For example, even we use LANCEPILOT to serve our customers.
