I am trying to contact you—support, email, website—nothing works. You launched your product on AppSumo and then simply disappeared. They say nothing on AppSumo. You need to give an update on what is going to happen with LancePilot.
How about a class-action complaint to AppSumo, it really was a scam, they collected money and ceased operations, a collective complaint and providing information about the owner, if he's involved in another app this should stop and scam offers shouldn't appear on the market.
