I noticed conflicting information regarding the AI chatbot functionality - one thread mentions AI features coming in '8 weeks' source, while another response states 'ai chat has not been planned yet' source.
Could you provide a definitive update on:
1. The current development status of the AI chatbot 2. Specific automation capabilities we can expect 3. Whether these features will be included in the current AppSumo deal or require additional costs
As someone managing multiple client conversations daily, these features would significantly impact my decision to further invest in Lancepilot as our primary WhatsApp business solution.

Development Status: We initially planned to start building the AI chatbot earlier. But we had to shift gears and focus on making our core features more stable and reliable—which we’ve done successfully now. Then came strong user demand for the mobile app (now live on Android) and the white label billing system (currently in development). Once that’s done, the AI chatbot is next on our roadmap.
Estimated Timeline: Realistically, it will take at least 2 more months to begin rolling out the AI chatbot.
Automation Capabilities: While in-app automation will take some time, we’ve already started integrating with automation tools like Albato and Pabbly Connect. An official update will be shared publicly soon.
Pricing: Features that require ongoing server costs (like advanced AI) may come as paid add-ons. But don’t worry—we're committed to keeping prices super reasonable. Our mission is to grow with agencies and help you succeed without breaking the bank.

Hi so buying License Tier 1 give us 10000 messages with no additional cost or how it works? i saw your video and it says we have to pay meta each time message sent. or upto 10000 messages no charge then meta chages?
Also want to get clarity on this, suppose i send 5 messages in 24 hours window. so i will be charged 5 times or one time?
as we add many more than 1users, can we also chat to those inbox messages or only we can send marketing mesages but not two way chat? Please let me know soon. Thanks

No tier comes with message credits. The 10K message limit is a system usage limit. You will still need to pay for the meta conversation charge. We have channel wallet system for each workspace.
I suggest you to kindly watch our live demo video fully to have a better understanding on our platform and all the concepts as i explained in detail.

Secondly, For example, if i initiate a template message to you, meta will charge me for that template message an creates a 24 hours conversation window. As of now, within this 24 hours conversation window, if i send more messages ( marketing ) to you then meta wont charge me.
Also, incoming are free. So if you initiate a conversation with me then i can reply for free.
Lastly, Yes you can use the inbox and can continue conversation. You can even use it for customer support as well. For example, even we use LANCEPILOT to serve our customers.
