What are the best services/websites for sourcing phone numbers when I already have someone's email address or linkedin profile? I don't have an inexpensive way to get verified phone numbers for leads. Thanks for your input.

So, different people do the leadgen different way. there are thirdparty companies who provide phone number leads. other than that you should consult or hire a lead gen freelancer for it. People also run ads to get leads.
