Q: Why can't agents be created independantly of widgets?
Hi Cesar, Premium customer here, still have not started to use the product I still have some questions. When I delete a widget all the attached agents are deleted as well. I actually do not understand why agents would not be created independantly, and survice the deleting of the widget they were attributed. Am I getting anything wrong? What do you think? best regards, laurent
A: Hi Laurent, agents belong to the widget. Agents are not "assets" created in a library independently. That will make everything a bit more complicated.
Think like: - A widget is like an App. - In a widget you create agents. - Agents will have forms, bookings, Ai Faqs, etc... - That will generate leads. - Leads will be store in the CRM.
Hi Cesar, Premium customer here, still have not started to use the product I still have some questions. Just finished lesson3 of your Academy section. That academy/tutorial section is challenging, the current video is much too short.
I also have suggestions: - could you add a calendar logo so that we can easily pick it from the logo menu? - I don't think that users wanting to book should look at a human avatar, but agents all seem to have human/robot avatar by default. It is confusing in my opinion. Have you got gppd/best practices to share with us here? thank you forehand, laurent
A: Hi Laurent, let me know if this is what you want: - When you create a booking, the logo should be a calendar instead of a human avatar? Let me know if this is correct.
Hi Cesar, Premium customer here, still have not started to use the product I still have some questions. I am really excited about the booking section, I am sure many are going to appreciate how big of a value you are creating by potentially adding booking for B2C companies.
Tried to follow lesson 3 of your Academy section, I faced a lot of problems, really missed your comprehensive videos you have produced for lesson 1 and 2 :)
My conclusion: - unable to create a booking widget from the bookings section - unable to create a bookin widget from scratch - can create a booking widget by going into the create/edit widgets, and then activate a booking template. - the booking template, once activated, can not be configured - unless you go in the Bookings section and edit the booking widget there
Hi Cesar, Premium customer here, still have not started to use the product I still have some questions. Just finished lesson 2 of your Academy section. That academy/tutorial section is really very useful. Question: what is the best way to insert FAQ? By default when I build an FAQ is takes precedence over the existing forms already designed for an agent. I see the option to put the FAQ after the form, but even that feels a little strange. I am thinking that maybe you would want to have a widget that contains an agent ( Anny for example) and another agent named FAQ? Please share you best practices. thank you Cesar!
A: You can do both. You can have a widget with ONE agent and that agent will have FAQs and a Form. Or you can have a Form in one agent and then another agent with the FAQs.
I will say: - If you have a lot of questions and support, I will separate the agents. Make it clear. - - Sales information here. - - Support information here.
- But if you want to capture leads and then automate support, or the basic FAQs, just create one agent.
Hi Cesar, Premium customer here, still have not started to use the product I still have some questions. Just finished lesson 2 of your Academy section. That academy/tutorial section is really very useful. I have questions about what to do with my leads, I am afraid I do not understand: - what is "return user" - Desktop - how to send a lead ( possible a refused lead) to a colleague.
A: Hi: - Return user. The user is coming back. Is a new lead, but from someone who already registered. - Desktop. the user is using the computer. not the phone. You know... one of those. :) - We will make a chapter about "teams". You can create a user inside "teams" and send the lead to that user.

Very important feature, reshoot video? thx

Jul 25, 2025A: Hi Laurent.
Just to be clear.
Bookings must be created from scratch. If there is a booking already created you can edit the booking settings but you can not create a new booking.
Let me know if this is clear. I will review the video just in case there is being some updated.
Cesar.
