Q: Pre-Purchase Questions Regarding White-Label & API Features

Hi Cesar & Team,
I appreciate the product, looks great for agencies. Just a few remaining questions before purchasing:

Does the Lifetime deal include WhatsApp Business API support (sending messages via your own “+country code” number), or do we rely on webhooks only?

Is there any limit or additional cost for number of domains (subdomains) and agents for the White-Label lifetime deal?

Q: Whatsapp Api and Google Sheet Integration

Does this include whatsapp api and google sheet integration where if there is new input and data in google sheet, it will automatically notify people and send the info/data from google sheet using whatsapp.

A: Hi ibestriker, we have a webhook, but you need something like pabbly or make or zapier to send the data to your google sheet.
WhatsApp API is not included.

Q: Client Booking Confirmation and reminders

Hello Team,

When I set the booking, there's this button (Send whatsapp notification to client), but when clients make the booking, only the agent is getting notification, and the client does not get notified (both booking confirmation and reminders). Is this a known issue, or do I need to activate this somewhere else as well?

Also what about email notification? they can't get them also.

After making a booking, it says "Pending booking". Do I have to approve it manually? how does it work?

I think you have activated "confirm bookings". If that is the case, the user is only notified when you approve the booking.
