Q: Are upgrades included even if we bought in a while ago here on AS?
We bought this without the (New) Ai Agents and all last year but are we included in the free upgrade? Or do you require anything extra of us?
Also, this is only a single tier so far?

carefully followed the documentation to add the AI feature, but the system became unresponsive during the process. Furthermore, I could not find a help widget or any quick troubleshooting resources on the interface to resolve the issue. are you planning to use a whatsapp widget or anyother ticketing system for quicker help? thanks you

2. This seems VERY HARMFUL to those of us who offer this service:

Q: Are there video tutorials on how to use this and short case scenarios showing the widget?
Looking to see how this works, what it creates, I see it can be added in many different places. So really looking at instruction videos on how to use it and create things as easily and simply as possible. Does this need webhooks to work or is there code I can use to plug this into my website, run on Systeme.io - I love this idea for all my pages. IS the landing pages just one pagers or more, or one page and I link back to my website.
This looks like such a great tool to have, direct with customer faster.
