Q: Roadmap for the countries available for Stripe Payments

Hi Cesar,
Bought the product and taking my time to discover its functionalities. I did noticed that I could not link my Stripe account, my country is not among the ones that this widget seem to service.
Do you have a roadmap for that? South East Asia is a big market. If you could explain why there are so many countries that have stripe available yet can not bind to your CRM that would be helpful.

Also do you have another payment solution that you could integrate? I think that 2C2P would be very good because they also allow for customers to pay with wechat. lots of chinese customers ready to spend money around the world.

Q: Ability to track leads in Zoho

Hello Cesar,
The product looks great. The reason I am looking for this type of solution is to improve my conversion tracking of Google Ads.
Today I know how many people are going to whatsapp and is endig up sendig me a message, however I have no connection between zoho, my CRM and google ads. I would like to know if your tool would be able to send data from Zoho (when a lead ended to buy my product) to Google Ads, Like this I can know which campaing or eaven keyword is actually giving me conversions (paying customers).

To send data from zoho to google ads you only need to activate the audience from Google Ads. That is outside our scope, but we can do a call and do the setup together.

Hi! Your WhatsApp Widget is super flexible — love it.

Quick question: I manage a 30-year-old mailing list (400+ emails) with low engagement, and I’m thinking of moving to WhatsApp. If I have everyone’s mobile number and create a group, is it possible to:

Automatically post mailing list emails to the WhatsApp group?
Forward WhatsApp group messages back to the mailing list?

Is this doable with your tool or via any workaround?

Hi Cesar, this looks amazing. I see that there's an AI agent that can help, but can a human agent step in at any time if AI is enabled? Also, what powers the AI, I mean, which model are you using and do you need an openai api or something like that? Can you customize the box/bubble for a different look/shape/color etc?

We use CHATGPT.

My use case are as follows-
1) I want people to contact me through the chat where I could collect their name, phone, email.
2) How will I be able to get the list of all name, phone and email of all those who contacted me.
3) Will the person see my whatsapp number?
4) Do I need to buy another number or I can use my existing number.

However, my current need is a bit different: I want to create and manage a closed WhatsApp group for a small community (around 20–30 users and 3 admins).

A: Hi, our solution works at the widget level. Not on WhatsApp.
But you can add a link to your AI agent in your Away message on WhatsApp.
That way, when you are busy or out, you can send the user to your AI agent.

Can we set password on the landing page, whereby for a visitor to be able to ask questions to the chat widget, they need to fill in password.

For the ai chat widget on website, we can insert some data (knowledge) base so that the ai chat widget will response answer after comparing the question with the knowledge base stored in the server. Question: how big is the size of data (knowledge) that we can store in the server?

The content goes in the AI section. You can add as much content as you want. I think we do not have a limit set.

A: Hi, I am Cesar. You can create, manage, install, share access with UNLIMITED clients, agents, domains. There are a few limitations.
1. White Label Domain. You can only create one white label domain for account.
2. Stripe integrations. You can only create only one stripe integration for each account.
3. Integrations with HubSpot, Odoo or Zoho is limited to one for each account. But you can use the webhook unlimited and create endpoints for each agent.
