A: Hi, I will make a video about this. But you have a section in the AI Knowledge base to add custom text. That custom text should be the place to add content that is tailor to your needs. like "if they ask for an apppointment, please reply this...".

A: Hi, we do not connect to WhatsApp Business. We generate leads and track conversions but we do not manage the conversations. That is not official from WhatsApp and normally are not stable solutions.

We don't do that because is not stable. Connecting your WhatsApp with an inbox is not stable and you may have chats in your phone that are not in your inbox. I've been trying to create my account, but after filling out the information and clicking "create account," nothing happens. It just takes me to the login page, with no confirmation message or email.
