No, there is no lifetime deal for the UNLIMITED plan; it only comes in monthly and yearly subscriptions.
However, there is an upgrade discount of 40% on it whenever you want to upgrade from the lifetime deal to it, regardless of the number of codes you have.
This discount will then be active for as long as your subscription is active.
Is there a limitation on the amount of community rooms?
Each course would need at least one room. I see there are free, invite-only, and paid levels. So maybe each course would have a paid upgrade for additional support, etc.

We have 500 alumni students who should have access to the general community. Then we will have new students who will have access to a room for additional support.
By active users, I mean community members who can post or make comments in the community and rooms. If you have a free community, only the first 100 users to make posts or comments will be the active users, while the rest will only be able to read and react to messages. If you ban one of the active users, the first passive user to make a comment will replace them.
I read in the reviews something that said there was no ability to have different modules in a course. Is that accurate?
I have one course, with 5 modules. Each module has videos, audio recordings and worksheets. Is this OCH a good fit for this set up?

No, that's not correct. On the platform, you can create as many modules/sections as you want under each course, with different lessons as well.
For you, there would be a course with 5 sections/modules. Under each section, you will find video lessons, audio lessons for your recordings, and digital download lessons for your worksheets.
