I bought Plan 1 (but is the dame for 2 and 3) because the description only mentioned lower limits on the number of comments and brands, then I find out that it is not possible to reply to direct messages but only to comments since it is a Pro feature. In the description on AppSumo, it says "Automate workflows for tagging, liking, replying, or sending private messages" so why is this feature...

A: Thanks for your message. You can setup "comment-to-dm automations" with your tier 1 as well. So this feature is available to you, as stated in the AppSum description.
But the manual dm messaging is a feature we developed later and that is available starting from our Pro plans - thats correct.
Can I train it to automatically reply differently depending on which product the buyers ask about, or which post is getting comments?

A: We are learning based on historic comments from the specific brand and also use Hompeage information of the specific product. So our AI will know the answer if it was already asked in the past :) Best regards, Markus

The monthly cost of the commercial version of the application for only 4,000 or 10,000 responses is really very high. The LTD offer is linked to the LITE version of the commercial offer. Thats why we are not selling higher LTD tiers, to build a sustainable business & that all of our users can use their LTD for long and not going out of business in a short period.
It's not how your server is structured, what AI you're using, or what's behind your backend—no AI justifies these high costs. The selling price is a commercial decision made by the company; you either accept it or reject it; there's no other choice.
