I also want to use a 10% discount coupon, which reduces the total price from $177 to $159.30.
I’m trying to contact AppSumo support, but the live chat is currently not available.
Could you please help me complete the purchase or tell me what I can do to resolve this payment issue?
Q: Do you have the option of sending a DM to new followers?
And just so I'm clear - with comment keywords, is it one automated link in the DM, and nothing more beyond it?

A: Unfortunately only Manychat has this feature at the moment, as the Meta API gave them access to this. As soon as it's available to the public API as well, we will implement it.

A: You can add it for 390€ to your existing Tier 3 subscription. It is billed extra, as this Lifetime Deal is tiered to our monthly Lite plan & this feature is only included in our Pro Plans and above.
Are these keywords triggered from only DMs or also social posts? use case its quite simple: we publish a post with a word for them to comment below and them we send them a DM the moment they comment - is that what you're talking about?
Also are you adding social listening in the future?
Yes I'm talking about "comment-to-dm" automations. So people comment a word like "PDF" and you can send them a dm automatically with a message + link. This is available in replient.ai
I read about the possibility to make a DM Automation Upgrade when purchased Tier 3?!? Is this still possible and what does this Upgrade adds on in terms of the DM Features? Thanks a lot!
