The monthly cost of the commercial version of the application for only 4,000 or 10,000 responses is really very high. The LTD offer is linked to the LITE version of the commercial offer. A: Hi there! Thanks for your question(s)! Our pricing for the LTD seems very reasonable considering the long term API cost we need to pay for various LLMs to keep our service running. Thats why we are not selling higher LTD tiers, to build a sustainable business & that all of our users can use their LTD for long and not going out of business in a short period.
It's not how your server is structured, what AI you're using, or what's behind your backend—no AI justifies these high costs. The selling price is a commercial decision made by the company; you either accept it or reject it; there's no other choice.
I'm writing because user reviews are quite positive, and everyone's complaining about the price.
I want to emphasize that this isn't a criticism, but simply an observation, as a potential buyer, about the high cost of the service. I don't know the product. Q2Does it work on regular personal fb insta and tik tok account or must they be tik tok business account ...a fb page etc....

A: Q1) No, you can use replient.ai all over the world and connect your social media channels. Please note: TikTok is not providing access to DMs (same as for manychat) only comments Q2) It needs to be a business page on Facbeook and Instagram or a professional account
