Q: Monthly limited reached and can't do ANYTHING but upgrade?
Hi!
I reached my monthly comment limit due to some viral posts. I get a popup that gives me two choices: UPGRADE or SIGN OUT. Can't do anything else, can't close the popup. My monthly limit refreshes in 10 days.
In the meantime, shouldn't I be able to just deal with the comments that are WITHIN my monthly limit rather than be completely blocked from accessing the site?
Q: Are we limited to 12 daily responses on top of the 350 monthly comment limit?
The billing section states that 350 comments are used per month (11.7 per day). Does this mean we can't send more than 12 responses per day, in addition to the monthly limit?

A: The limit is a monthly limit - you can use the credits in that period however you want.
I didn't notice the 90 day redemption period when I bought, but went in today on another purchase and saw that the period ended 3 days ago. Any way to get an extension on that so I can redeem the 2 codes that I bought?

A: Hello, sure you can still redeem the codes. Just create your account and put the codes in the billing page. You can just reach out in the live chat if you still have troubles.
I bought Plan 1 (but is the dame for 2 and 3) because the description only mentioned lower limits on the number of comments and brands, then I find out that it is not possible to reply to direct messages but only to comments since it is a Pro feature. In the description on AppSumo, it says "Automate workflows for tagging, liking, replying, or sending private messages" so why is this feature...

A: Thanks for your message. You can setup "comment-to-dm automations" with your tier 1 as well. So this feature is available to you, as stated in the AppSum description.
But the manual dm messaging is a feature we developed later and that is available starting from our Pro plans - thats correct.
Can I train it to automatically reply differently depending on which product the buyers ask about, or which post is getting comments?

A: We are learning based on historic comments from the specific brand and also use Hompeage information of the specific product. So our AI will know the answer if it was already asked in the past :) Best regards, Markus
