Q: Can we choose what to have it use credits towards?
I want to use this solely to answer the trigger word in a call-to-action so it delivers the link to their direct messages. I do not want help in engaging in regular comments on my posts outside of those. Is that possible? Details on how to make sure that is set up best, please.
Is it possible to disable comments on live streams? (especially while the live is ongoing). We do several sales live streams per day, and they would 'eat up' the entire limit within 1–2 days.
A: We are currently not supporting Facebook Live videos (so they are excluded by default). However, you can additionally always exclude specific posts from our tool by defining it in our automations. Best regards, Markus
Is there a way to use our own ChatGPT API to get more comments replies? What is the purpose of Replient if we can not use it to reply to all comments? I thought that was the purpose. If it is costing you more, then add a custom way for us to BOYK, this way, we will have control on the limit we want and not be limited to certain amount. I bought tier 3 and I am maxed out and I can not even disable...
A: We are not offering BOYK at the moment, but you can reach out to customer support via live chat for additional/higher limits. If you exceeded your limit all automations will be paused anyways, so nothing is getting automated when you reached your limit. Best regards, Markus
