Q: Are there anyways to get around the lack of local postage options?
Are there any ways to get around the lack of local postage options? In Australia selling to Australians I cant setup any way to add local shipping. I know you said you cant have in in the box due to needed id's or what ever. But could the genesis help add on local shipping into the store? I was happy with most else, but the shipping makes the store not usable at all. Hoping for a solution or I would have to refund which would be a shame. The shipping is a massive downfall of Selldone.

Agree, more options are needed besides just Shippo, Shiprocket, Shipday. Why only these 3? How about including EasyShip, ShipStation, and for Australia both Sendle and Shipit (does NZ). For 3PL options like ShipBob, ShipMonk and Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA). For Reverse/Return logistics: Aftership, Narvar, Claimlane. Have these been considered? Is Selldone working to improve the ‘last mile delivery?

The deal is deal same from Tier 1 to Tier 3 but in this campaign we have also added tier 4 to tier 7 that includes more stores and lower transaction fee for digital file sales. Hi, I am wondering does the "Digital file transaction fee" mean?
Does it mean if I sell any digital products, like a PDF or an audio file or video, I pay a whopping 7% on Tier 1 and 2 to you?
If my understanding is correct, is there any way around it by hosting the file on my on storage on AWS or Cloudflare R2?

A: Hello. That's correct. But you can host it in somewhere else and sell the product as virtual product and send a download link tp buyers which the transaction fee is 1%.
I understand some fee, but why so extremely high. Except for platforms like Gumroad, which I don't consider like a normal Shopify like store, this is by far one of the highest fees I have seen. I respect your transparency in being upfront about the fee. Nevertheless, once you add Stripe, plus the 1% on top of 7%, your total fees would exceed 10% plus Tax. I am assuming fee is excluding Tax?
Sure. When you sell anything, a transaction is done. Selldone, Stripe and other platforms and payments apply the fee on transaction regardless what the transaction includes. However selldone intelligently calculates different products fee in any signle order. Thanks.
