Q: No Support - Don't buy until and unless you want to go ahead without any support
I have been in touch with the support team about an issue with the confirmation email, and they keep replying that our team is working on it. Even after a week, nothing is happening. They are very slow to respond via email, and don't offer any other kind of support like call or screen sharing.
I am on tier 5 plan, which mandates double opt-in confirmations. My issue was that whenever I tried to edit the confirmation email, the screen went white, and the system was still sending that email to anyone new joining. That whole email is messed up. I had even asked them to completely reset my account, which they are also not able to do. I had to upgrade their Empire Add On just to stop that contact confirmation email, and now there is no way to get that double opt-in done until and unless I want to send the messed-up email.
They don't update anything, there support is also 1 star rated. Telling you with personal experience.
Q: How SendFox Counts Contacts?
Hello Support, since SendFox is a platform based on the number of subscribers, how exactly are they counted?
Let's say I have 3 different lists for 3 different segments. If the same contact (email address) is added to all three lists, will it be counted as 3 contacts or as 1 contact since it's the same person (email address)?

In SendFox, contacts are counted based on unique email addresses, not the number of lists they appear on. So, if the same person (same email address) is added to multiple lists, they are only counted once toward your contact limit.
This means you can organize your contacts into as many lists or segments as you like without it affecting your overall contact count, as long as they are unique email addresses.

In SendFox, the Templates section doesn’t offer pre-made templates by default. Instead, it serves as a place to store and access the templates you create and save yourself.
When you create an email, you can save it as a template, which allows you to reuse and edit it whenever needed. At this time, SendFox focuses on keeping things simple and clean for easy email creation, but it doesn’t provide a library of ready-made templates to choose from.
SendFox does not have a native integration with Pabbly, but you can try setting one up via API or Zapier.
