Hi guys, I love Sendfox as an email/campaign tool, but recently the Wordpress plugin (v1.3.1) has been flagged as having a known security vulnerability by both Jetpack and Wordfence and been deactivated. When will you be updating the plugin to eliminate this issue please? I really want to be able to recruit email subscribers via my website again.

However, any automation is triggered by contact landing to your trigger list, and we are unsure how your automations are set, so we would really need to look into your account.

hi dear Natasha, I tried to connect to pabbly connect, but seems like there is no email automation feature listed in pabbly connect. the flow is Formcan - Pabbly Connect - Sendfox (to send emails) , however, there is no selection of 'email' in this Pabbly connect while connected sendfox. can you let me know here? as noone replied to my emails to your support. thanks
Q: Contacts API
Hi! How can I add a contact via the API without requiring account confirmation? When adding an email manually, account confirmation isn't required. Why is it required with the API? I need to automate registrations in my app. The user previously confirmed their account in the app, so I don't need a double confirmation. Your API documentation is super basic; you could improve it a lot.

Every SendFox lifetime account has a mandatory double opt-in.
The Empire Add-On plan we have is a monthly subscription that you can activate via your billing page in your SendFox account after purchasing the LTD plan, and that plan offers no double opt-in. And this is the only way to disable double opt-in for contacts coming via API and contacts signing up via forms.
I think it's rude of them to respond so late and without validating anything. I'm already a customer as I said before and I also have the Empire Add-on subscription and I can't disable anything. Also, how do you explain that I don't need double opt-in when I register them on the portal? This only happens via the API. I DO NOT need my users to confirm anything because they already do it in my app.

How can I remove your brand and AppSumo ads in the confirmation page?
The redirect page after signup is set by our team and cannot be changed at this time.
The custom redirect/confirmation page is only available under the subscription plan called Empire Add-On, which costs $18 per month.
To keep the price ultra-affordable to you—and multiples less than our competitors—we retain a bit of our marketing and promotion. These are all our apps, and we promote our products via this page.
This is because we have zero budget for marketing the app, and this is the only way we could keep it in this price range. Thank you for your understanding.

Can sendoff be used in German language or at least use German default text in emails?

U wrote it in description but i tried connect pabbly connect with sendfox and formcan.. it seems cannot trigger schedule send email automatically?
Any reason?
The setting allow us to do trigger automation to send email.
