Q: How SendFox Counts Contacts?

Hello Support, since SendFox is a platform based on the number of subscribers, how exactly are they counted?

Let's say I have 3 different lists for 3 different segments. If the same contact (email address) is added to all three lists, will it be counted as 3 contacts or as 1 contact since it's the same person (email address)?

Thanks for reaching out with your question — happy to clarify!

In SendFox, contacts are counted based on unique email addresses, not the number of lists they appear on.
So, if the same person (same email address) is added to multiple lists, they are only counted once toward your contact limit.

This means you can organize your contacts into as many lists or segments as you like without it affecting your overall contact count, as long as they are unique email addresses.

Thanks for your question!

In SendFox, the Templates section doesn’t offer pre-made templates by default.
Instead, it serves as a place to store and access the templates you create and save yourself.

When you create an email, you can save it as a template, which allows you to reuse and edit it whenever needed.
At this time, SendFox focuses on keeping things simple and clean for easy email creation, but it doesn’t provide a library of ready-made templates to choose from.

Q: Does sendfox integrate with pabbly connect via api or any other way?

SendFox does not have a native integration with Pabbly, but you can try setting one up via API or Zapier.

SendFox does not have a native integration with Shopify, and the first solution would be to utilize Zapier to connect these two apps together.

The second solution would be to try to use our API endpoints if this is supported by Shopify.

I would suggest reaching out to the Shopify team and checking with them to see if they could possibly help you with this matter.
You can provide them with the below article:

And from there, they might be able to point you to which API endpoint to use and where you need to insert it.

Q: Accoount Problem

Hope you are doing well. I am facing a problem logging into my SendFox account. It is saying my credential is not correct, but when I am going to reset my password, it shows there is no account for this mail.
