Hello, I am unable to retrieve any login code that it sends me to log into my account. I have already checked spam, junk, deleted messages, and filters at the server level. There are no emails coming from Sendfox with the code, and no matter how many times I resend it, it's not sending anything. We have been unable to send any emails to our customer base because of the inability to log into the account. This is not acceptable for a small business who relies on email communication to customers.

In your 6 years, what major feature have you guys release? Founded 2018 and when checking the feature wise, this app is way too slow in development. Additionally, the schedule and automation is too basic. Checking the roadmap page, there's a lot of request and up votes but its just ignored. Better remove your request feature page.

Hello, 1) I have a tier 1 subscription but need to upgrade. I am thinking of buying tier 2. Is stacking allowed? So if I have 5000 contacts with tier 1 and if I buy tier 2 and stack them, will I have 15000 total contacts or not? 2) If stacking is not allowed then does this mean that I simply upgrade to tier 2 and get 10,000 total contacts? 3) If yes what it the price I will pay? Right now tier 2...
