Thank you very much for your solution. I have tested it and, overall, it works very well.
However, my clients are 100% French and are not very comfortable with English. Do you plan to offer a French version of the solution? If so, could you please share an estimated timeline?
Thank you in advance for your feedback.

A: Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback! We’re really happy to hear that the platform is working well for you so far.
Regarding the French version-yes, we definitely have that in the works! We are planning to release the French localization in Q1 of 2025.
We know how important it is for your clients to feel comfortable in their own language, so we’re working hard to get it ready as soon as...
Thanks However, in one of your comments to another user, you mentioned that it is possible to highly customize the email sent for signature. I tried to customize it on my side, but it seems that only the message body can be edited. Examples : - From: “XXXX via Signify” - Subject: “Signify – You have received a document to sign” “Sign the document” “You have received a new document to sign” “OPEN
Q: Fillable PDF -> Automatically add textboxes in esign envelope?
Is there an option for Signify to convert a fillable PDF to fillable fields in the esign envelope? IE if there were fields already created in the PDF, those can be automatically added in the esign.

A: Hi!
Currently, Signify does not automatically convert existing fillable PDF form fields into e-sign fields in the envelope. If your PDF already has form fields, they won’t be automatically recognized and mapped as e-sign fields when you upload the document.
However, you can create reusable template with all the required e-sign fields positioned where you need them. Once the template exists,...
Q: Regarding API usage, what is the additional cost if I need more than 200 signed documents per month?

A: Thanks for your question! To better advise you, could you let us know roughly how many documents you expect to send each month? Once we have that, we can provide the specific cost. If you’d like, we can also walk you through this live and discuss your use case in detail. You can book a time that works best here: 👉 https://calendly.com/signify_onboarding/new-meeting

A: Hi Wonka! We will be looking into Make integration in future, but unfortunately can't commit to exact timeline, sorry for that. But we can assist you with your integration use case using Make and our REST API endpoints, can you please share your exact use case what do you want to achieve, so we can assist you in the integration process.
Make is similar to Zapier so integrations and automations would be the same but an example I can think of is using Signify integrated in Make to create workflows with my email platform, crm and powerpoint/google slides when creating propsals automatically and sending to make so it triggers signify to add signatures and recipients etc
