I think you are getting things wrong here, you have access to the new updates already even though there were not on the deal plan when you purchased.
Also, everything in your plan is intact and nothing changed.
If you need further clarification, you can contact our support for further clarification.
I didn't just pay for the features available at the time of purchase; I was investing in future development, expecting to benefit later from paying a premium price upfront.
Let’s not pass this off to support—to me, this feels like a clear deception. I can understand that you might fairly expect extra payment for connecting additional tools that consume tokens.

But when we released the version 2 in December last year, we sent email to our old users to about the new version and the new URL and how to access it. We also made the announcement on our FaceBook group, Ken Moo group and SaaS warriors.

What kind of email do you recommend using for redemption - a branded business email or a free email like Gmail? Does it matter? In the past, I used Outlook to redeem, but it seems my emails were not reaching your support. Also, I used this Outlook email for another lead gen tool, and it counted as one of the user's seats and was used to send emails, which I didn't want.
Please advise.

If yes, we recommend gmail because some branded webmail use greylisting which intentionally delay or reject emails from unknown senders and this makes it difficult for new registrant to receive the verification email.
