Q: Email verification and Remove Branding

Hi, i got tier 5 but in the Setting i see that the Remove Branding is Disabled, how can one enable it?
further more what is this for the Email Verification? is it not in the tier 5?
"Email Verification is only available on a paid plan. Upgrade your plan to unlock this feature and many more."
