For example, if I purchase Tier 1, can I later upgrade to higher tiers by paying the difference, or would I need to make a separate purchase for the new tier ?

You can white-label the SEO reports and business optimization reports, but you cannot white-label the SmatLeads software itself (UI, domain, client logins, or in-app email marketing).
