Can I connect Snooz to my CRM through an API integration?
My CRM is Heffl, which I purchased from AppSumo. Heffl provides a - public API - and webhooks, so I want to know if Snooz can connect with it.
What I’m trying to do is have Snooz pull or sync the full sales and job history from my CRM, including details such as:

We’ll we don’t have an integration with Heffl but we can build it for you in 2 weeks if you purchase at least Tier 5 or 6, and if they have API that supports those fields.
Alternatively, you can also use our custom api connector available on those plans where snoooz can query your api and use the response from your api to then draft or send the reply.
Q: Does the ecommerce fuctionality at Tier 6 work with Selldone on Appsumo with Woocommerce backend ?

I asked if this email automation app integrates with another app I purchased here called EmailIt a few days ago but I got no response at all. Hence, I am unable to get this deal. Will you please answer this question?

A: Hey Lee,
I personally haven’t connected with Email It. I know they were on Appsumo but as I understand it supports emails using SMTP. We do support IMAP AND SMTP support to connect a mailbox so technically it should work fine. I would also need to understand your use case why you need to integrate to provide you a better answer.
Either way I’ll say that with Appsumo you get 60 days to test...
I am a bit sceptical when it comes to auto replies in emails. How do you make sure AI won't promise things that you will not be aware about? I mean, you will have to keep reading all the emails AND the replies to make sure you keep up to date with what the bot replied, right?
How will the bot decide if it has to reply or not? How does it know if an email is so important, that it won't reply, but...

A: Hello,
I totally get you on this one. Our platform allows you to send auto-replies, but you can also set it to draft only so you review before these are send out.
You can set custom prompts to tell AI how to respond to certain situations (like you described) but we use Gemini and it is already very good when it comes to that.
Everything is rules based, and you can decide what type of emails...
