Does the audio recording and transcription understand other languages apart from English? if someone gave a review in the Filipino language, will it be able to transcribe it effectively?

A: Hey, yes, if you talk in other languages, the text will be converted to english. You might want to try talking in Filipino a few times using the demo link and see if the translation is correct.
Q: Multiple Clients - Can I use this as a "white label" system?
I have multiple clients getting reviews with each one having their own widget on their sites feeding that widget from my current platform.
Is that possible with your product? Each client has different connections as well - some have google, or faebook or yelp.

Yes, you can do this with Plan 4 (comes with the agency dashboard). You can create sub companies for each of your clients and then setup feedback forms under those companies. It's a pretty simple and quick setup.
Use the chat form type if you want to embed the form in websites. You can set up any review destination of your choice to each feedback link you create. (Google, FB, Yelp,...

Thanks for your purchase and getting this to my attention. Yes, I tested this myself and it looks like the root custom domain points to our landing page. The root domain would normally redirect to the login page where there is no branding visible. All other feedback links sent to customers are working properly. Let me get this fixed for you in a couple of hours.

Q: Automatic copy to Google
I see in the demo on your site it automatically copies and pastes the review to Google but it really doesn’t work or does it?
