How to add a company that offer area services instead of having a place with fixed adress?

A: Hey there,
If your business operates as a service-area business (i.e., you don’t have a fixed physical location), you can still use the platform without needing a Place ID or a set address. The review link is completely optional, so you can simply skip that step when setting things up.
This allows you to collect feedback and reviews without tying your business to a specific location.
I'm trying out the free version and when I finish the voice or chat form, the AI generated review is not able to be copied. So when it goes to the Google review, it's unable to paste. Am I doing something wrong?

A: Hey, that shouldn't happen. It should be automatically copied every time. Could you reach out to us via the chat so that I can diagnose this better? Thanks
I'd like to use a two-stage process, where I first ask whether the customer is satisfied, then ask for a review only if they are happy. This way I'm not asking unhappy customers to post a review! Is this how Spokk works? Also, I'd like to be able to trigger the process with a QR code that could be posted inside the store or even on a business card. THANKS

A: Hi there,
Yes, what you’re describing is called “review gating” — where customers are first asked if they’re satisfied, and only happy customers are directed to leave a public review.
It’s important to note that review gating is not allowed by Google and many other public review platforms, as it goes against their policies.
That said, Spokk’s “Classic” feedback form can be configured in a...
Q: Can you please elaborate 1 response = 1 credit?
Could you please clarify what you mean by “1 response = 1 credit”? How exactly do credits work, and what qualifies as one response? For example, if a user answers five questions about my service, and then the AI generates a review which the user copies and pastes into Google Reviews—would that count as one response (one credit)? Or is it calculated differently? Kindly elaborate so that I can clearly understand this from an agency perspective.

A: Thank you for your question.
This works in a simple way. Every time a response is added to our database and shown on your dashboard, we consider that 1 response = 1 credit.
For voice and classic forms, this happens when the customer presses the “Submit Feedback” button. In the chat form, it counts as soon as the customer replies to the first message and provides a rating.
Q: Reviews written by AI bot is against the Google policy
As per your application, your AI bot rewrites customer feedback and publishes it on Google. However, publishing AI-generated reviews is against Google’s policies. I have observed that such reviews are often removed or not published. Therefore, it is advisable to ensure that reviews are written genuinely by customers in their own words .

A: Hey Kaushal,
Thank you for raising this concern. It is a valid question.
Spokk does not generate fake reviews and does not publish reviews without real customer input.
We offer three feedback formats: - Voice - Classic form - Chat
In all three formats, the content starts with the customer.
Voice feedback captures exactly what the customer says and transcribes it directly. This creates...
