Q: Question on email sync for CRM like features

Hi -can you please help us understand this feature as per the comment you made in some other recipe . How does this work ? Does that mean that I can access old conversations with a contact I have saved in stackby ? If yes can I also create a summary of past conversations ?

Q: add more seats to old plan? + limitation on AI output

if i add more seats to older plan will i get the benefits of prior plan?

also there seems to be a limitation on AI output, the answers seem to be cut off after a while - like it doesnt provide the full answer. I have my Gemini API attached and there is no settings to fix the output size. Its becoming quite a struggle. Dont think this was the case before.

Q: How do we correctly connect Stackby to n8n? API docs seem outdated and no method works.

How do we correctly connect Stackby to n8n? None of the API endpoints in the docs seem to work, and support has not replied to 3 emails in 9 days.

Additional details:
Trying to connect Stackby to n8n using either the Stackby node or a custom HTTP Request node. Every attempt fails. Errors include:
ENOTFOUND api.stackby.com
501 Something went wrong
Header name must be a valid HTTP token

Q: If I purchase powerups and marketplace, and I initiate a refund within 60 day, do I get a refund for those upgrades

Given the upgrades 'required' to make this a usable product (Powerups, and to a lesser degree, Marketplace) - which are sold after you purchase from Appsumo, what happens if I request a refund with these products?

A: There's no refund for any add-ons. Please see our video tutorials and help center guides to understand if those features will help you streamline your workflows, prior to making an informed purchase.

These add-ons are generally available on our higher tier recurring plans, but we're making it available for the LTD users.

Q: Create Bulk Invoices

Hi,
1- Can build a form for clients to fill themself , with name, email, products buyed
2- this form will be recorded in the stack
3- the invoice will be created by stackby, based on a template (with my payments info)
4- the invoice sent by email
