Q: can I set this up, that when I upload a CVS report from my bank, that it can automatically sort transactions?
And I can give clients an easy-to-read report of their spending. Along with their recurring expenses. I know I can do all of this in Google Sheets with Gemini, but most of my clients don't like using AI to do it. And this may be something they are more comfortable with.

A: Hey Leonid, we were just testing with v2 for a day but reverted back. You won't be able to see it anymore. Our current grid improvements are solid - we just made table and view switching 5x faster on Stackby and 3x improved our cache management. Please see the changes and give us feedback.
I bought Stackby back in 2020. Now it says I'm on the free plan. So what exactly did I pay for? When comparing the free plan with the new AppSumo plans it is also confusing: 1. Free plan includes 5 users, but if you pay $109 for the AppSumo deal you get downgraded to 1 user. 2. Free plan includes 100 internal automation runs, but if you pay $109 for AppSumo deal you get...zero. 3. Free plan...

Over the years, we have also added add-ons: Powerups, Apps Marketplace, Automations, Interfaces, Sync and others to power your workflows. These are all significant modules well built over time. You can get it based on your needs as an LTD.
Just adding that this happened to me as well. LTD holder since 2020, and I only need to use Stackby typically in the final quarter of the year. I just logged in and the workspace I used to have my AppSumo code attached to is now set to "Free". I've reached out to support, hopefully they can return the entitlement. Their recent update and new code sale seems to have bumped long term supporters.
I purchased 6 codes before, but was waiting for the option to embed charts and other features, which apparently are now called interfaces/applications. According to my six codes, I should be able to use this option in our workspace, but when I try, I am being told I need to upgrade? How many additional codes do I need to buy if I wanted to use the interfaces/apps on our own cname for our team? Also, for the rows, is it possible to archive if we needed to for space?

A: Hey there, you can reach out to us on support chat or [email protected] to get interfaces added on your account. Interfaces are like app builder on top of your database and you can slice and dice to make your custom system. It's a comprehensive module with its own upgrade package - ofcourse LTD.
You can delete the rows for space or create new stacks. We don't have the option to archive...
Q: $399 Powerups add on not applying correctly after 9 code upgrade
Hello, I recently upgraded my Stackby account from 5 codes to 9 codes mainly so I could use List View. Before that, while at level 5 I had already purchased multiple add-ons, including the $399 Powerups add-on, which are for the whole platform.
However, when I try to *add a section or *use color formatting in List View, I’m still being prompted to upgrade to powerups.
Not sure if anyone else is...
