Q: AI Translate

Does the Pro plan include AI Translate? Are there any limitations?
I would like to translate the audio in the videos, starting by uploading the original MP4 files.

A: Yes, of course you can do that. You can export with tier 1 and tier 2 with 1080p max.

Q: Two questions

Hi there, two questions for you...

First, do you have API documentation we can look at?

Second, does your transcription do speaker recognition?

Q: Tier 5 but cannot export 4K?

Hi Terry,

Thanks for the recent updates! It is almost perfect for creating karaoke videos. I just can't seem to export in 4K though. After clicking the Export button, it only showed 1080p option with PRO icon showing at top right is available along with 720P option.
The 4K option is grayed out with UNLIMITED PLAN ICON in the top right.

I checked the plans and it listed Tier 3 and above can export video in 4K, so can you check and fix it? Thanks!

A: Hi there. It's very likely that your original video does not have 4K resolution.

Additionally, if your original file is an audio file (such as MP3, AAC, or FLAC), the limit for video exporting is 1080p.
